"Super friendly staff"
Everyone there was really nice, from the front desk to the pool area. They answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed at all, which was, uh, really appreciated. It’s the little stuff like that that made the whole visit feel way better. I’d definitely go back

"Felt a Bit Misled About the Amenities"
When we got there, a lot of the amenities were closed, which was really disappointing. I always worry about being fooled by listings that make everything look available, so this kind of confirmed that fear for me. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time so we could plan differently.

"Beautiful mountain views"
The mountain views were really nice, especially just looking around and taking it all in. It made the whole experience feel calm and relaxing.

"Easy Parking"
I expected parking to be a pain just from how busy it looked when I pulled in, but I found a spot really fast. It was only a short walk to the entrance too, so that was a nice surprise.

"Time Limit Actually Worked Out"
I wasn’t totally sure about the time limit at first, mostly because it’s not exactly made super clear until you’re there. But once we got settled in, it made sense. We still had plenty of time to soak and relax, and it probably keeps certain people from camping out in the pools all day. Overall, it was a good visit.

"Nice water, but not worth the stress"
The water itself was really nice and I did enjoy that part, but the whole experience felt way more stressful than I expected. It was super crowded, and the locker area was kind of a mess, which made it hard to relax. Personally, I don’t think I’d go back unless it was during a much quieter time.

"Honestly, the adult-only area was worth it"
We mainly went for the adult-only area, i don’t really see why anyone would complain about it. It was exactly what we needed — way calmer than the main pools, no kids splashing everywhere, just people relaxing and talking quietly. The pools were clean, the views were really nice, especially later in the day, and the staff did check wristbands, but they weren’t being rude or over the top about it. Yeah, it’s not cheap, but if you’re going specifically for a peaceful soak without kids running around, it’s worth it. I’d definitely go again

"Worth it overall, but a bit pressured"
I thought the price was fair for what you get. It’s definitely not the cheapest hot springs day out, but the place was clean, organized, and easy to enjoy, so I didn’t feel like I got ripped off. I did feel a little pressured at times to spend more on extras, and I wish some of those were a bit cheaper. Still, overall it felt worth it to me. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Cool riverfront vibe, but not very relaxing"
The riverfront location is definitely cool and has a nice look to it (great for photos), but it was way louder and more crowded than I expected. For the price, I was hoping for something a little more peaceful and relaxing (maybe that was wishful thinking).

"Nice changing rooms, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The changing rooms at Iron Mountain Hot Springs were actually really nice, clean floors, enough space, and I didn’t feel rushed while getting ready. The lockers were easy to use too, and after soaking it felt great to have a warm, dry place to change. That said, when I had a quick question, I kind of felt dismissed by the staff, which took away from the experience a little. Still, the changing area itself definitely made the visit more comfortable.

"Totally Worth It If You Go Often"
I signed up for the membership, mostly because I kept telling myself I was “too tired after work” to do anything else, and it’s been worth it. If you go more than a few times, it pays for itself quickly. Check-in is easy, and having a nice soak after a long day has become my little excuse to actually unwind. No regrets.

"Felt Let Down for the Price"
The pools were clean enough and the view was nice, but they all started to feel the same after a while. I was expecting more variety with different temperatures or styles, especially for what they charge. I feel kind of stupid for trusting the hype because I really thought it would be more of an experience, but I ended up just being bored.

"Nice pools, but a little more staff attention would help"
The pools were really nice and we did enjoy the space overall. That said, it felt like the supervision around the pool area could have been a bit better. There were quite a few kids running around, and I didn’t notice staff stepping in much. For the price, I was hoping the area would feel a little more monitored, since it made it harder to fully relax...

"Pretty spot, but not great for kids"
The place is definitely and looks nice at first, but I wasn’t totally convinced about the overall experience. It didn’t feel very family friendly to us. The kids got bored quickly, and some of the rules felt a little too strict, which made it harder to relax and enjoy the visit

Check-in was quick, which was nice. I got there and they had me sorted out fast, so that part was not a big hassle or anything.

"Helpful staff, but it took some effort"
The staff were really helpful once I got to them, but it felt like it took more effort than it should have to get everything sorted. Still, they were friendly and did help me out in the end.

"Better Than I Expected"
I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to get around, but the ramps were simple to use and made everything feel stress-free. The staff were helpful too, which made a big difference. I felt included and comfortable here, which is exactly what I hoped for.

"The shower area was actually really nice …"
The shower area was actually really nice . The stalls were clean , the water pressure was solid , and there was plenty of hot water after getting out of the pools . It also didn’t feel crowded or unpleasant when I went , which I really appreciated . There was enough room to change and get ready without feeling rushed . It’s a small thing , but it made the visit a lot better . Definitely 5 stars from me .
